| A： | Pls send command 52 to allow SNAVL's SIM card to get GPRS network connection. Then go to eFOTV to choose the wanted journey segment and click on it. The details can be views. |

| A： | Share time remaind valid till the vehicle owner change his password. |

| A： | Black data show the beginning and end of journey segments. The red date show more details of journey segments |

| A： | The journey history can be deleted from web-server. But once deleted, it is not availabel to view with GPRS network. To allow you for viewing deleted journey, the only way is to use USB thumb drive to save same histry from SNAVL and upload to web-server. |
| Q： | After GPRS connecting, the selected history journey (the color of information should be black) but show only no data temporary. |
| A： | It is necessary to try again after 2 min from the time of GPRS connecting. |
| Q： | Why the speed column shows “ zero” speed on the eFOTV web-site |
| A： | Under the engine-run status, the speed shows “ zero” only when the vehicle is not moving ( as in the situation if the vehicle is hold by a traffic light or in a stationary condition. If the ignition is off, the speed will show “ zero” |
| Q： | While searching log data, is it necessary to upload them one by one? |
| A： | You can zip all data into one single file before uploading ( rar or zip format is accepted) |

| A： | For " SMS location check" and " GPRS lcoation check", once deleted, the data are not retrievale. But for " location data file", after deleted from the web-server , you can recover it. To do this, get same data from SNAVL's memory by saving onto thurm drive and upload onto the web sverver. |
